I loved the episode, glad they had a long scene on the Dasyus because I was really looking forward to it. As expected, the Dasyus changed their mind and decided against helping Alexander. I am glad Dasyuraj spoke about his thought process in making the decision. He is thinking about the image of the Dasyus, remembering having sheltered Ripudaman and appeals to his wife's maternal instincts again. I also loved that he made it clear he hadn't forgotten his aim of avenging his son's death, but that he did not want to focus on that right now. Dasyurani shed a single tear to show her agreeing with what her husband was saying, but it didn't take away from her being a strong woman and a great leader. 👏

So Hephaestion had a good reason for drawing his sword on Dasyuraj, because they were the ones breaking the treaty. Gosh, these pre-caps are so misleading they made us think he was attacking them for no reason. 😕 @LuckySnow, no enmity between Hephaestion and Alexander possible. 😉

The Dasyus proved again what they are made of. Dasyuraj was great at one-handed combat, wow!
I just LOVED the way Dasyurani fought - Hephaestion was no match for her and he was stunned at her prowess.

I loved this line:
Kyon na ab tumhara sar kaat ke Dasyuraj ko bhet kar doon?

Hephaestion's expression there was 🤣

It was heartbreaking to see what happened to Dasyurani but I'm very pleased that they gave her an honorable death. She deserves to be treated like a hero. I've always loved her character so I'm really sad to see her go, but I guess we were expecting something like this to happen.

She was pining for her daughter in her last moments. The message she left for Laachi will give her the much-needed strength. I think this will lead to a quiker reconciliation between Dasyuraj and Laachi, who is going to inherit the throne.

I am also glad that they didn't have Hephaestion stab her in the back, because it would not have been the Macedonian way, and would be considered dishonorable. Now I get why Alexander didn't send Cleitus to supervise the Dasyus. He would have never been able to defeat them.
Now Alexander is really in ruthless mode and he is going to do whatever it takes to get his mother back. He knew exactly where to strike the Dasyus. It remains to be seen what Dasyuraj decides to do. Would he choose death for himself, along with all his men, or would he give in because of the love for his wife? Would losing his wife break his spirits? I don't think so. The Dasyus are ferocious and seeing their queen dying this way is only going to fire them up even more. The Macedonian army had better watch out for them in battle. 😆

I will say one thing, the Dasyuraj and Rani chemistry is pretty awesome. So much fire but so much love between them.

I don't understand what battle Porus is going for? Is it just to destroy the bridge? What is Anusuya blessing him for? If her faith is that they will win then Porus will likely succeed in destroying the bridge. So if he is busy doing that, then the Taxila army can easily go into PR. Let's see what Ambiraj does in that case.

I think Porus will come and cause another explosion on the bridge even after the Dasyus finish building it. Would he find out what happened to Dasyurani and understand that the Dasyus had no choice, or would he still think they are traitors?

Was Anusuya feeling uneasy because of Dasyurani or because something worse will happen?

Alexander and Hephaestion don't even need words to communicate. Ishaara hi kaafi hai - he knew what Alexander wanted him to do with Dasyurani. Poor Dasyuraj didn't even have time to grieve.
I hated the way they dragged Dasyurani's body in the sand. I understand why Alexander wants to hold on to it but there was no need to treat her like that. I would hate to be in his position to have to do that, but as we know he will do ANYTHING for his mother.

After this scene though, I don't think they can show Alexander winning. They kept calling him bura throughout, so it won't make sense for the makers to show bura winning over achcha.

Pre-cap: they showed Alexander on horseback after ages, with his battle gear on. Where are they going? Has the bridge been built? I don't think there will be a battle yet and Alexander might fail to rescue his mother. We'll have to wait for the Hindu Kush ice to melt in order to have the next major fight. Aside from the elephant incident, these two haven't really had a major a face-off or even battle. Let's see.

And what on Earth did they mean about soch ka takraar? Because that's not what the CVs have been showing us. They are just calling it good vs evil, which is very different from showing a difference in soch. Rather than showing Alexander's motivation for doing what he does, he's been painted a heartless, cruel invader who wants nothing but bloodshed.

I haven't seen the episode yet but it seems like the Dasyus did exactly the same what I had predicted based on Ambhikumar's statement to himself 'Alexander tum abhi tak hum Bhartiyon ko samajh nahin paye' when Alexander had mocked the Dasyus as emotional fools and people who are focusing on a minor goal of revenge while overlooking the bigger goal of remaining united for freedom. So, they finally decided to postpone their revenge while focusing on the bigger picture.

So the final battle will most likely be just between Alexander and PR. I am not sure the Dasyus will participate at all. Also the fact that they broke their treaty with Alexander means he won't hand Anusuya over to them for punishment.
I would like to see a battle between Alexander and Hasti, the absentee king of Sindh. The real one was defeated, let's see what happens on the show.

The actor playing Hasti should get more screen time. He looks even better after the costume change and upgrade to King. We've never seen the Sindh kingdom either. Hasti spends all his time in PR and is still acting as Porus' general.

Bamni looks younger and younger by the day. I love his war look. 😃

Honestly though, I'm quite liking what's happening with Ambhiraj. He caused so much trouble for Bamni in the beginning and over the years that he now deserves to squirm. Just wondering when exactly he'll die in the show, before or after the final battle.

If Ambhikumar becomes the king after Ambhiraj's death then I don't see how Taxila would fight alongside Alexander. They may just choose to remain neutral and not participate at all.

See it's clear very very clear that Alexander can't lose in a battery...not once but twice oracle has claimed...so no he will not lose...I still dont think...bridge gets destroyed ..

Yeah it's too early for them to come face to face.

The bridge might not be completed so Alexander will try to take the same route to PR that he asked Ambhiraj to while Porus is busy trying to destroy the bridge. They will miss each other, being in different locations so no battle will happen.

I don't think this track is going to be wrapped up so soon and Olympias will be there a bit longer.

Uski maa ko pakda hai to ruthless to hona Tae hai uska. Woh usko ignore Karke bhagne wala to hai Nahin...even if bridge is destroyed Kuch na Kuch to koshish karega hi..I can't blame him...
I missed all dialogues of Anusuya as I like always put her on mute and turned my laptop away...so uska Dil kya kehta hai I don't know...

This week is going to be very full of drama I think...
Also for me also this week will be very busy one...but will try to post here ...😛

Of course, he MUST be ruthless. Anyone should be if their mother is kidnapped! With Alexander it's just many degrees higher than normal people. 😆

It's possible that Alexander fails to rescue his mother this time and gets even more desperate. We are going to get the Hindu Kush battle in a few weeks, and I think Alexander is going to be seriously injured. Not sure if Olympias will still be in Bharat or shipped back to Macedonia.
More importantly, for the sake of glorifying Porus, they will probably show him taking Olympias back to Taxila or handing him over to Ambhiraj when he arrives with his army at the palace.

If Alexander is in war gear then yes, I hope to see LOADS of drama. It's about time! 👏
