LOGIN ISSUES..anyone?

Is anyone else facing this

my account automatically logs off

and while logging in..it rejects my password at least 2-3 times before finally logging me in..today it took 6-7 shots and then when I tried to log in after sometime it finally worked..

this is happening almost daily since a few weeks now..
