So Arshad is the official baby sitter/Nanny for Zoya appointed by Waseem daddy ! Also a driver to pick and drop in future ! As we know Zoya always hire's cab's ! And also since he is a Doctor he will take care of baby Zoya and also teach her which doll she has to choose i.e Aditya !
