Confused after today's precap

I m so confused after watching today's precap. Smart people didn't show the hug scene today and added another hug scene in the precap . Mahir hugs her twice first in yellow saree and then in the green blue saree- he starts to get affected by her poison in both - hua kya hoga. Also there is blood on mahir's right cheek when he helps Bela with her saree in the bathroom.

Watching todays epi I don't think hug sequence will come twice,seems they shot hug in yellow only for promo but for actual epi it's going to be in blue one!
