In all likelihood Arshad might be a good guy and eventually might step back realising Adi's feelings for Zoya 😊 He seemed to be a decent guy though. Lets hope this triangle turns out to be a good track. I certainly don't want Arshad to turn out to be a creep or an obsessed lover whose love is one sided. That will be cliched. I hope makers handle this track sensibly and don't make it another Rajveer track.

yea I wanted him to be positive too ..and wanted zoya to realize her love is Adi and not anyone else ..but i'm so angry with Waseem for thrusting his choice on Zoya and badmouthing Adi ..that I want for once that he learns a lesson - and that Arshad is indeed not a good guy! ..of course Arshad is not in for Zosh ..but I think he's a dirty doctor!

I didnt see this thread becos i ws in my clinic n return home jst b4 epi starts😆 jst saw it now wen it came on page 1. So sorry for late reply but i hope u got ur answer in the epi sau? It was tracheotomy emergency operation done wen theres sudden throat constriction. Incision is taken below adams apple n any hollow thing like pen or straw is put for the emergency case to save the pt frm dying due to asphyxia b4 the pt can b admitted to the hospital. Hope it helped.

Kerchief was used to stop the bleeding frm the incision part.
