The seat belt scene may be a tiny one but still it is so meaningful. First Adi ties her seat belt. Then Zoya even though she's tied and is not in her senses ties his seat belt. Both will protect each other in every circumstance in the future.

Zoya back then saved him from that dreadful accident unknowingly. Today even when she wasn't in her senses, she pulled herself up to tie Aditya's seat belt around him. She has always protected him, she will continue to knowingly or unknowingly :)
