I am pondering over the question on "why does dadi want to call off the wedding?"
Dadi never thought of her reputation being destroyed (GOENKA SHAAN😆) by calling it off ( I remember her telling every time initially that for every big event at their place minister and the media will always show their presence). So why should she call it off- What reason will she give for this?
But my main question is- Why she called it off?
there could be more reason than one
- the important being that it was the brain child of Anmol's dadi to fool one and all and Kartik's dadi cant take it, being fooled by anyone
- Another one could be Anmol doing all the non-sense before marriage, so what will he do after marraige.
- She doesnt want her poti Mansi to suffer in that house of fools ( but she should think that it was Mansi insisting on marrying Anmol and no one else)
- But I think the important reason being that she wants to justify it to Suwarna that whatever she committed (mistake of getting back kartik and Naira together), she cannot face Suwarna after that. And to have her supremacy in the family continued, she wants to show that with such a decision she can save her face atleast in front of suwarna
