There was a time I would think Anushka loves Siddhant more but not anymore.

I think they both love each other deeply. I also think that KK would be successful in making ANushka leave Sinha house and return to Reddy mansion But then Anushka will herself overhear KK-Rao conversatons and get to know the truth. Anu will never accept the truth unless she heras it directly from the horses's (appa's) mouth 😆

I don't think Anushka will leave Siddhant because of KK. She is at her own home and permanently.
