Part 26
I- I love you so much Raman .
She confessed again being in his embrace while he pulled her bit closer and closing his eyes feeling contented.Soon he felt her body weight on him , he teared her from himself and noticed that he had already slept . He smiled and spoke " mad girl , finds me cute ." Saying so he picked her in his arms and lays her comfortably in bed , he covered ishru properly and went to other room as he wanted to talk to his parents about this all . He called toshiji , she picked the phone happily and spoke " it has been years that you called me by yourself ".
R - humm .
T - bol puttar , how are you , ishita aur ruhi kaise hain .
R - they are good , aap bolo .
T- we all also nice and seeing you living with your wife and daughter , we are more than happy . Ma baap apni zindagi mein apno bachchon ki khushi se zyada kya chahenge ".
R - humm , it doesn't matter that you are telling lie or hiding something for it .
T - (getting bit tensed)-what do you mean puttar .
R - you tell ma, is there anything which you had hided from me .
T - why you are asking this puttar ; had ishita told something to you .
R - aap ishita ki chodo , you tell me about yourself .
T - (stammering)- puttar wo , puttar...
R - why are you stammering ma ...
T - puttar wo actually ishita is a very nice girl and you told that you wanted to marry the girl for ruhi so we thought ...
R - so you thought to get me married to a infertile girl , hai na.
T - puttar we have ruhi na, why to bother about future , I just thought about present , mujhe Teri aur ruhi ki khushi chahiye thi and I know no girl can love ruhi like ishita as I have seen , how much they love each other or I can say we decided you two to get married only to keep them close .
R - and you totally forget about your son . Ek bhi baar nahi socha that how I will react after knowing this .
T - nothing like that puttar , I had done this after thinking much because I know my son nicely .
R - how can you even day that ma.
T - because ishita is a nice girl and she don't have any other problem except her disability for which she us not at all responsible but had got pushined enough . Moreover I know my son that much that he will not leave his wife at any condition as he himself has gone through a heartbreak and knows about its hurt very well .
Raman felt good knowing that even after his so much indifference his parents still had that trust on him , he smiled a bit and spoke " but ma if you were having so much trust on me then why didn't you told me earlier ".
T - because you was already denying for marraige and if you would had known about this , you must had used it as a excuse to deny for the marraige, that's why we opted not to inform you about this .
R - (smiling )- I must say , you know well about me .
T - haan to main Teri ma hoon . Had ishita herself told you everything.
R - humm .
T - how did you reacted .
R - I was so upset knowing that you all lied to me , then I went through everything from beginining and found that ishita was not at fault anywhere , and as you said I can't break anyone's heart because I myself had gone through so much .
T- puttar ishita is very nice girl , start afresh with her and you will get all the happiness of your life .
They talked some more and then they hung the call . Two three days passed , ishita was now ok , their relationship started blooming , not as a couple but as a nice friends. One day Raman returned from office and ishra were having their evening tea when ishita again asked about the throwing a parties for society people. Raman thought for a while and spoke " ishita if you want to do this , I m ready for it but I know non will come on my invitation as I had behaved very badly with everybody .
I - leave that on me , I will arrange everything .
R - how ?
I - aap haan bolo then see.
R - ok now tell me .
I - we will talk to society secretary, he will invite everybody for us .
R - will he , I once had argument with him too .
I - hey bhagwaan , this man has fought with everyone , I think you should be send to borders , you alone will fight on behalf of 20 soldiers.
R - kuch bhi.
I - aur nahi to Kya, koi itna khadoos kaise ho sakta hai .
R - ( turning her to him)- main khadoos aur tu , tu Kya jhansi ki raani that you lectured me on very first meeting.
I - aur Kya, what do you think, I m not scared of any khadoos Kumar.
R - achcha ji .
I - humm .achcha chodo ; tell me should I talk to society secretary .
R- humm , you start and then tell me what I have to do .
I - ok , so we are going to organise a party on this weekend.
R - humm .
I - chalo then we should talk to secretary .
R- me ?
I - no , us .
R - ok .
Talking so both went to talk to secretary and told about their planning , at first he denied to help but when ishita talked to him that they wanted to befriend with everybody and he has nice relationship with everybody, he finally agreed after much instance and ishra started party's preparations. Soon the day of party arrived , ruhi was too excited for the party as she was being bored alone in house and wanted to go and play with other kids . Ishita got ready in a indigo and navy blue colour combination kanjiwaram saree while Raman coordinated her with navy blue biz suit over white cotton shirt. They were looking too perfect and nice together. Soon they went to party and Raman was scared seeing so much people , he made a scared face and spoke " arey ishita so many people are there what if...
I - Raman aao na, nothing will go wrong , come introduce yourself .
Raman after much instance went to stage and spoke"hello friends , thanks for coming in this party . I m Raman bhalla , this is my beautiful wife ishita bhalla and she is our cute daughter ruhi bhalla."
All looked at him while he continued " yeah friends , this party is organised by me but as I had fought with most of you and non of you would had come of my invitation I had requested society secretary sir to call you all . Friends first of all I want to say sorry to you all for my ill behaviour, secondly I promise that I will never fight with anyone rather will try to help everybody, third I forward a hand of friendship to you all , hoping that you will befriend with me from now and last but not least I thank my wife to come in my life and make me realise that life doesn't stop if someone goes leaving you . I was living a lone life but she taught me that we can be happy even if some persons don't like you . "
He completed his sentence but non spoke anything rather there was a pin drop silence , noticing this he looked at ishita and spoke " dekha ishita, I told you na , non...
He was yet to complete his sentence when ishita started clapping and walked to him , ruhi too started clapping following ishita , seeing ishru some kids to started clapping followed by there parents .Ishita walked to Raman and spoke " nothing like that Raman , I agree you had gone through a bad phase but now it's over , now everything which will happen, will happen for good . And friends I need you support for this , boliye will you support .".
That's when the ladies whom ishita has talked supported followed by their husband and soon every body too agreed, a man hugged Raman and spoke " arey Mr bhalla why are you so stressing yourself those fights were not that big that we will make you your enemy .this all happens in society , now you too are included in our society friendship .Everybody is welcomed here and people with their will choose friendship of enmity .".
Raman again said sorry to every body while all hugged him tightly , ishita was admiring happy and content smile on his face". Soon
All started enjoying the parties, ishita was with ladies while Raman was talking freely with the men and ruhi was playing with other kids in the party hall itself .The women were praising ishita for changing Raman a lot while the men were teasing Raman that how much he love his wife that he has stopped drinking and changing so much for her , making him think . Though he was denying but feel down he was liking their teasings.
