Chakor looks at Vivaan through the door window, she remembers their memories from childhood until the shooting incident. ,The police officer tells Chakor that Abhay and Suraj testified in her support and that no charges will be pressed against he, the case will be closed. Chakor signs, Imli is watching from a distance. Chakor tries to talk to Imli and apologize, Imli doesn't want to listen, she goes after her into the ICU. Later Imli leaves and Chakor leaves after her.
Abhay and Suraj are talking, Abhay tells him that there was another man upstairs and he could be dangerous. Ghumaan comes disguised as a doctor, he brushes into Suraj, Suraj almost recognizes him but he doesn't.
Ghumaan goes into the ICU and dismisses the nurse, he gives Vivaan a lethal injection, he says it's necessary to kill him to take revenge from Chakor.
Chakor is apologizing to Imli but Imli is blaming her (part 1).
Suraj reaches the colonel's house, Naina has locked herself, her aunt blames Suraj for deceiving her. Suraj blames the colonel. Naina talks to Suraj, she can't believe that her father is a terrorist, she can't believe that Suraj lied to her and that he doesn't love her, Suraj remembers their scenes together. Her friend tells Suraj to lie to her so she would open the door but he refuses. He tells here that her father deceived her and asks her to open the door but she doesn't, she plans to hang herself.
Chakor apologizes to Imli, Imli swears on god that she'll take away everything from Chakor if Vivaan dies (a very long scene). They hear the nurse calling emergency in Vivaan's room. The doctors can't revive Vivaan and declare him dead, Ghumaan leaves after he hears this.
