Shilpa Shetty. Whatever she has done, natural or plastic it is well done and she looks amazing. From her dressing to her figure she looks better now than she did in the 90s.

Karishma's face looks old and witchy now. A bit of weight gain could really help her.
Face wise it's undoubtedly Aishwarya who still looks beautiful. Kajol too has maintained herself surprising well (unlike one would've expected given how unbothered she used to be about her appearance once upon a time). She's evergreen.

The rest look their age imo lol.
