Can it be Sameer's plan

Reasons why I believe that this is Sameer's plan
1. Naina's VO. She was ready with the possible reactions of Sameer after hearing the news on marriage alliance. But she never expected him to appear with a guitar.
2. Expression of Sameer while singing and after proposing Sunaina. While singing he was constantly checking Naina's response. His expression of a charming Romeo turned to complete sad immediately after proposal as if he was forced to do something which he don't like at all.
3. The way how Sameer and Sunaina were having a conversation in class. They were talking seriously and it is not something they were doing purposely to show off in front of Naina. Sameer's eyes were having that dreamy look which he gets whenever he talks about Naina and Sunaina's face was like she lost everything. It was not definitely a romantic talk. Most probably Sameer was explaining his and Naina's love story and why he has to take a step like this.

Why Sameer has to take these kind of extreme measures?
We have seen that even before holidays Sameer and gang had tried all the possible ways to pacify her, by pleading, by talking, by giving flowers and even with Sunaina also. Of all only one time she responded that was when Sunaina was proposing. That too she was not jealous of Sunaina but was feeling bad for her that she will be heartbroken later. What ever it is Naina knows very well that Sameer can't love anyone other that Naina. So now also she is not feeling jealous but feeling sad for Sunaina.
Same like Naina, Sameer also knows very well that Naina can't love anyone else other that him. He knows that she is in a sacrificial mode but he went on complete shock when he saw her like that and came to know that her engagement is over. In the name of liability to family, she is sacrificing her happiness, dreams, studies, love and even her soul also. So to help her come out of this numbness she needs shock and she needs to respond. There is no other way than using Sunaina to achieve it. Then she will start reacting and using that small passage Sameer can enter her mind that she closed purposely and make her realize the situation and help her to stand and fight for herself before her family members kill her permanently.

Right now it looks like only Sunaina knows about it. But slowly one by one Sameer will include Mundit and other gang members also. Like that all of them together they will help Naina to find her fighting spirit and courage back.

Yes maybe he definitely won't be cool about the thought of naina being someone else's he'll do something

Yes, getting engaged to someone else on the name of family's happiness was too much for him.

Whatever it is we are assuming it to be plan .but it is so heartbreaking to watch sameer saying I love u to sunaina.

Now when I watch the scene again it seemed like that.

At first I was also feeling very angry on Sameer. Felt really disappointed. But then I was playing those scenes in my mind and was trying to see the whole scenario from Sameer's POV. He even knows that what he is doing to Sunaina is also wrong. But as we know Sameer can do and sacrifice anything for Naina. That is why he immediate cleared everything with Sunaina without being too late.

I don't think that Naina will commit suicide. But there is high chance that Karthik may do something wrong.
