Why does everyone make it look like Kathua is in pakistan where innocent hindus were being targeted ? as far as i know kathua is in J & K ( india ) where BJP was ruling so why were people not believing police there and thinking that innocents were falsely accused . why are people like madhu kishwar and a good numbe rof followers still saying that there was no rape with kathua girl ??

WHAT A SHAME 👎🏼

That is what the BJP ministers were rallying for. They were merely asking for the transfer of the case to the CBI so that the guilty are rightfully punished for the crime that they committed. Do not forget that J&K is a muslim majority state where the hindus are a minority community.
The state has always had a muslim government having its entire vote bank in Kashmir. Hence Jammu and Ladakh regions have always been discriminated against in the developmental agenda.
There was a medical report on the basis of which no rape had taken place. Correct or not, on the basis of benefit of doubt the accused in the case will anyway be acquitted. Hence, it is only pragmatic that the CBI handles the case and finds out the truth behind it all.
And the rallies were not pro rapists at all. All they were demanding was a fair trail!

Do Sanghis deliberately act dumb? As per the article posted in the OP the police, MLA and even the CM is following up the case closely. One of the accused has been arrested. The community of the accused have come out in support of the victim and the lawyers have given an undertaking not to defend the accused in court. What does BW have to protest against when the laws of the land are being followed as per the constitution and the society around is supporting the victim. Maybe only thing thats left to be done is praise everyone involved for their empathy and quick action.
But ofcourse Sanghi rape apologists wont get this what with their support for rapists with ministers and ruling party leaders coming out and supporting the accused and the lawyers obstructing justice and not letting the police do their job.

Exactly my point! Fair trial is a fundamental right guaranteed to the citizens of India which in this case is being flouted blatantly since the investigation was transferred to the Kashmir Police which had no jurisdiction over the case. Doesnt that ring bells? Is this fair at all? Why was the Jammu police not allowed to go ahead with the investigation .
To add to the separatist tendencies that have broken out in Jammu, all the Rohingyas are being settled in Jammu itself. The latest attack on the Sunjuwan Military Base in Jammu had a lot to do with the Rohingyas who are being settled illegally.
And the ex-CM Of J&K was seen and heard telling officials to not oust any Muslim occupying any land in Jammu ,illegally. Is this not proof enough of the sectarian divide that the government has resorted to creating . That too for mere political gains! This is outrageous.
The Hindu-Muslim boundaries in the state are hardening thanks to the political motives of the leaders.
And it is surprising that people all over the country go on believe everything thats shown and do not even try to see reason behind the rallies that were being orgnized to just to transfer the case to the CBI!

If its just to transfer the case to CBI, why did BJP forced 2 of its ministers who participated in the rally to resign? Minsters themselves claimed it was party high command who asked to participate in rally and once it backfired forced them to resign like cowards!

I understand the point about fair trial. Its always possible police might have deliberately built a case against the accused. It has happened before. But there is a way to do things. They can always demand a fair trial and even knock the doors at the highest levels. But these protesters were not letting the police do their job of investigations and filing a chargesheet in court even after months had been waste since the child died. The CBI or anyone else cant do anything unless there is good amount of evidence collected. Even now there is not much hope as since the accused himself was an officer in the case and he would have removed crucial evidences.
