Bharat director Ali Abbas Zafar says the new heroine will be announce

Priyanka Chopra's sudden decision to quit Bharat has left the makers in limbo and they are struggling to finalise the leading actress' name. Though it was a dream come true to get Priyanka Chopra on board for Salman Khan's Bharat and even fans were excited to see their chemistry after a gap of so many years, guess the excitement was short lived. After PeeCee's decision to quit Bharat for her October wedding with Nick Jonas, fans are curious to know which actress will be willing enough to step in her shoes. Would it be Deepika Padukone or Anushka Sharma? Or will Katrina Kaif team up with her Tiger Zinda Hai team for yet another project? While only makers can answer our query, director Ali has promised that the big announcement will be made soon.

Ali Abbas Zafar took to his Twitter account today morning to promise Bharat fans that he will announce the leading lady once the team gets free from their tedious schedule. He wrote Yes yes yes ... we will announce the leading lady of Bharat soon.. We have been shooting Non-stop and the simultaneously preparing for international schedules... So guess the wait is not long before we hear the final name and we are eager beaver to find out who the lucky girl is.

While the makers of Bharat are considering various names, BollywoodLife decided to lend them a helping hand. We asked our readers to call dibs on Deepika Padukone, Anushka Sharma, Kajol and Katrina Kaif, who can replace Priyanka in Bharat. And the verdict is out already. They are excited to see Salman pair up with Deepika Padukone in their first project ever. As DP and the Tubelight actor have never worked in any movie earlier, it would be interesting to see them shine in a movie as big as Bharat. But this is just fans' verdict and we wait to hear the official announcement.
