Romeo/Juliet Type Movies = Stop Being Made?

I think its high-time we stop making such films, in the last couple of years we've had way too many of them:


2012 - Ishaqzaade
2013- Issaq - flop but same concept
2014- Ram Leela
2016- Sairat
2018- Dhadak

Some Laila Majnu film is coming too now later this year .

I think the concept has been done to death and needs to be done with - the whole families not approving, eloping etc etc... I know Sairat/Dhadak isn't exactly Romeo/Juliet, but its veryyy similar.

I think its been done too much and story writers should come up with something new.
