Mahr Money

Can someone say if Zara can return the Mahr money even though they are still divorce. Can she just give him it and tell him she don't wish to have his money that even if he give her the 2 other divorce she will be fine on her own.

Don't know about that. But doesn't she still have the check (mahr) that Kabir's Abbu gave at the time of nikkah. And hadn't she cashed that in at the bank to help Kabir fund his project ( which he refused)... so if he tell her the problem, she can help him solve a part of the issue (mahr) right away...

I just wish he would stop being so stubborn and just tell her already...

As for as my understanding,a cheque is valid only for three months.Do we presume all these drama is taking place within three months.Mashallah.

But she already cashed in the check at the bank. Remember when Kabir said he wanted to return the mahr money to his father but Zara had already put it into her account to give to Kabir. And Ruksar found the receipt. And Kabir refused to take the cash from her.

Ok I have a simply solution to all Kabeer's problem first end the divorce Zara give him back the mehr money and then Zara give him her mehr money from her wedding and he can pay back Miraj with that for the project investments how u guys like that so now Zabir will be free from Miraj and his evilness 😉

After cashing that check, Zara wrote check from her account and returned that to Shahbaz. Zeenat found out and they made a big deal about it which lead to another fight between Zabir
