My Thoughts About Epi # 19

Quite intelligently Dev managed to trap Aarti and Arjun...which resulted in Arjun confessing all the crimes he, Aarti and Santosh had committed. This was the most complex and unpredictable case of S2 so far.
But in my opinion, there was one mistake...they revealed that Arjun had gone to Santosh's house to find Parag's pre-written suicide note. The way they talked about it...it looked like Arjun-Aarti wanted to use the note to save themselves. So, they should have added that Arjun had gone there to take the note so that police doesn't find it when they search Santosh's house after finding and identifying his body.
The informer spots a suspicious guy (b*mber) entering Zohra Aapa's house...he tries to convey the same to Narvekar via call but fails to do that...so he sends a message to Narvekar. When Narvekar gets that message, he shares it with Dev...and Dev gets angry on him for hiding this from him (rightfully so). Even Dhwani musters up courage and tells Dev about the letter...and he gets angry on her too, but hopefully he'll forgive her when he gets to know the serious threat Narvekar had given to Dhwani.
Dev rushes back to home...where he finds informer's dead body (poor him 😒) and unconscious Zohra Aapa tied up inside the bed. I liked how they included a logical bit in this scene too...by showing that Dev found Aapa on the basis of the splinter pierced in informer's finger.
This b*mber guy could have tied Aapa and informer after making them unconscious. But he's also trained by Muneem...so he had to harm them 😡
And when he was singing his version of Ba Ba Black Sheep in front of Mehek...he said 'aik thi uski shishya Drish'. Neither I have watched all the episode of S1 nor I know the meaning of this word...is Mehek's real name Drish or what?
In the precap...the b*mber lures Dev by telling him that I'll tell you the whereabouts of your mother if you convince Mehek to share Muneem's whereabouts with me. I don't think Dev will agree to that...but even if he does, Mehek's not going to share that information.
I think this b*mber case will get over on Monday or Tuesday...but we got a small jhalak of the next case, it's about a just-married couple.

I liked the part where Arjun was confessing and Aarti was doing whatever she could to tell him not to. Without that confession, Arjun and Aarti would not have been arrested. There were just some assumptions being made and this is not enough to sentence someone.

Dev also did not tell Narvekar anything about what he came to know from his side even when he knew it was connected to Meera's case.

That informer was killed unnecessarily. It's normal for the bomber to kill people. So, he had no regret.
He could have even killed Zohra Aapa.

Maybe Drish means favourite or to whom he told everything. We still do not know if Mehak is still working with Munim or not. Also what is that key for?

Good ending but more than anything I'm Glad it's over. So bomber got his way and as expected Dev was rightfully angry at Narvekar. Hopefully, he won't find her soon cos this track has lots of potential I.e. Dev finding abt Mehek's past, searching her house for clues, flashbacks etc. Here's my prediction: He'll release himself somehow then try to diffuse the bomb with Narvekar & co's help. Drish could be related to student :S tho Mehek remains a mystery. However, if she is indeed protecting Dev (as hinted previously) then she can't be with Munim Or is still in contact just to figure out his next moves + safeguarding Dev's mom.
New case seems ok. I'd personally like to see well written psychological cases.

Yes they wrapped up this case intelligently...it was worth watching.
Dev will have to use his skill only because Mehek won't tell him anything and the other guy who could have given some valuable information was killed by Narvekar.

Yeah I enjoyed watching Aarti's struggle...it made the confession more exciting.
Maybe Dev didn't tell him because through Dhwani he got to know that Narvekar already knows it...but anyway when it comes to each other...Narvekar and Dev don't believe in sharing is caring 😛
I felt bad for the informer. Today we got to know that Mehek's other name is Dhrishti.
It looks like Mehek is sailing in two boats...she's worried about Dev's well-being and she's also not giving away any information about Muneem. Well I think that key can unlock some secret which Mehek is hiding from Dev.

you are right...this 'finding Mehek' track had a lot of potential...but they found out the location and nabbed the b*mber oh-so-easily...even the other weekly cases are more complex than this...it was a major high-point in the story and they showed it like this 👎🏼
I think even in the season we'll get to know Mehek's actual intention in the finale episode only.

@dynamic doll. INR! They drag all those mundane cases but rushed such a major aspect of the story. Very disappointing! As per Aashish, S2 is being treated like daily serial whereby 20 episodes were pre shot while rest will be written as the show progresses. IMO, this is a wrong way to approach thrillers which are all about intelligent writing plus attention to detail. Hopefully, Dev will confront Mehek properly bfr jumping to other case and not sideline his missing mom henceforth.

Even Narvekar taunted Dev.I hop too Dev this time doesn't become weak in front of his emotions even for his child and investigate the Mehak past as dristhi .I am sure there is more Story much remain to be reveal by Dev or hidden by Mehak. This women can betray anyone . Truly giving negative vibes and I am really finding her track is most stretched even then the cases .But don't want her to be positive as any justification will never going to redeem her past doings.

Dev doesn't trust her but isn't making an effort to find the truth either which is annoying and so unlike his character. Drishti part reminds me of Ekta soaps where ppl keep changing identities. I'm pretty sure it's a sudden addition by CV's.
