UNDER RATED

1. POOJA BHATT (amazing performer...done so many versatile characters with utmost conviction...never got her due at all...dadddy, dhkmn, sadak, sir, tamanna, zakhm, everybody says I am fine).

2. ISHA KOPIKAR (more then underrated, she is under utilized).

OVER RATED

1. DEEPIKA PADUKONE (one hell of a MEDIOCRE ACTRESS with STILL an unconvincing monotonous dialogue delivery...hit ratio is also not of a number one's stature...HIGHLY over praised)

2. JACQUALINE FERNANDES (annoying to watch, Wooden actress...still gets plum projects as lead)

For me Sonam is underrated in the sense that critics likes to nitpick about her performances while they give a pass to some other actresses who don't necessarily give stellar performances.

I agree that Sonam has had lower lows than some but I also feel that she's had higher highs than them.

Tamannaah is underrated. She's not only a good dancer and a beauty but also a an able actor.
