Jhanvi is definitely the bigger selling factor by being Sridevi's daughter. I was asked by atleast 3 of my older relatives how the movie of sridevi's daughter doing.

Its not ishaan's debut so people are talking about janhvi the debutant. Otherwise ishaan is definitely a better [actor than her.

this movies success cannot be credited to anyone except for dharma, the original sairat, the storyline and srivdevis sudden death.

the original sairat which was raw and "messy" made 100 crore with 2 completely new and unknown actors, it wasn't a glamourized movie, made in Marathi and it made 100 crore.

sridevi nostalgia also has added to the audience being keen to see jahnvi onscreen.

dharma is a big production house and them backing this movie was a big deal!

last but not least the storyline and the ending was so good it was bound to do well.

this is not taking away from those who have worked hard in dhadak but this movie was bound to do well and taking all the aforementioned factors into consideration any less than 100 crores would be disappointing.

I really want to see what their next movies make provided it's not another hits remake
