Why did Ritik kill his daughter!?

Haven't seen season 1 or 2 but just know the gene real story, I'm a little confused why Ritik wasn't with his daughter and Shivanya ? Why did Shivanya raise Shivangi alone? Also don't get why Shivanya aged but Shesha didn't? It's little weird that you fell in love with your cousins husband and your niece's husband.

why rithik n rocky killed shivangi is a mystery yet to be revealed...shivanya raise shivangi alone coz rithik was dead (later on in s2 they revealed he was killed by rocky's father n yamini n her gang while saving rocky n his mother who was also a naagin turned into human by marrying a human n a friend of shivanya n rithik, I don't remember every detail exactly) but rithik's dead body was never shown...shivanya aged coz she became a human whereas sesha continued to be naagin so she was looking young at 100+ age...sesha was not in love with her niece's husband she was in love with rocky since long but he loved n married shivangi but sesha continued to love him...

Ritik was supposed to be dead thats why hw was not with his wife and daughter. Apparently yamini and her gang killed him. Shivangi took a second revenge on them for it

Why did Shivanya raise Shivangi alone?

Ritik was killed. Actually he was worried about something and never returned. He was presumed dead so Shivanya raised Shivangi alone

Also don't get why Shivanya aged but Shesha didn't?

Shivanya had becone human hence she aged while shesha was a naagin

It's little weird that you fell in love with your cousins husband and your niece's husbis

Many of us think it was lust not love though to give shesha some credit she fell for Rocky before he becandanyones husband

And why Ritik told Rocky to kill shivangi us a mystery

Neither Ritik nor Rocky were bad people
