Episodes starts with Inspector Baraar and Vivaan in the car, tracing the call from his Mum. ( I could not help but wonder, if Vivaan was a police officer/detective they would make a great team. 😆 )

Meera is the house, asking herself why Vivaan was quiet for two minutes when he usually wastes no time in using harsh words. She wonders if something is wrong or if she is over thinking. She reaches the shrine and covers her head for prayer. She prays for Baba Ji to stay with Amaya and Pammi if they face any difficulty, he open all doors for them...

As Meera prays, Inspector Baraar tells Vivaan the call has been traced to a warehouse...
Meera is praying while the police and Vivaan search the warehouse, which has faulty wiring and they are in semi darkness...
Vivaan shouts for Amaya. ( I am not sure if that was a good idea. 🤔 )
He dials Pammi's number and it leads them to a dead body. Vivaan thinks it is Roma after seeing her watch. He coughs due to the condition of the corpse and Inspector Baraar instructs his men to send the body for a postmortem. He asks Vivaan if he is well and Vivaan wants him to investigate who murdered RK. IB reminds him how RK had made him suffer and anyone else would be happy to see her fate. Vivaan tells him that he wanted her punished not killed so inhumanely. Vivaan is shaken and is worried that the kidnappers will do the same to Amaya and Pammi.
IB and Vivaan come to conclusion that bringing them to the warehouse was a trap. They hear laughter and follow the voice...

Chacha Ji has charged Meera's phone and tells her she can now make foreign calls from it. Meera phones the rehab center where Senior Mr Kapoor is staying. When she asks the staff member if Mr Kapoor's wife and daughter have visited him, he states that no one has come to see Mr Kapoor. Meera sits down in confusion/worry. She questions where Amaya and PK are, that Vivaan is not even telling her anything. She also asks herself what is happening and asks Baba Ji if this means trouble...

Meera holds her head in tension as Vivaan is shown searching the warehouse with the police...
Dolly strokes Meera head, saying she must be worried due to Vivaan. ( Stating the obvious. ) She tells Meera that when a person is fighting themselves, this is their state. Meera asks her mother what she should do, how can someone (Vivaan) change so much? She questions how she could be so stupid when she knew Vivaan's bad traits from the start etc etc...( Oh Meera, not that again!) ... how could she fall in love with him? Meera speaks of love being blind...Dolly tells her no one chooses to love, it is Gods doing and we can not think of right or wrong, when these things are beyond our control. ( That, I can agree with. ) She reassures Meera that things will get better. Amar come and reminds Meera that she brave, she is their strength, if she grows weak what would happen to them? etc etc. ( I did not like this. It seemed like emotional blackmail. 😒 ) Family hug etc...

Back at the warehouse, Vivaan and IB find a dummy with a recording from the kidnapper. The kidnapper tells Vivaan he made a mistake by bringing the police, he will never be caught and now he will start his game. IB tells Vivaan that they will have to be more careful. Vivaan, refuses to accept any delay, afraid that Pammi and Amaya will be killed just as RK was. He repeats/reiterates the same as IB, the kidnapper is a psychopath. ( The dialogue between IB and Vivaan was slightly contradictory. 😕 ) Vivaan tells IB that they can not predict what this person will do next but they have to do something about it and requests that they leave...

Hooded man enters Meera's room as she sleeps. He tries to strangle her but she fights him. He then tries to stab her with a knife. He corners her by the wall but she runs to the door. He pulls her back, throws her across the bed and she tumbles to the floor. She is backed against the window and he pulls her across the dressing table. Finally he drags her up by the neck and stabs her in the stomach...
Vivaan screams, 'Meera!' and his day/nightmare ends. (Horrifying scene ...) He is still at the warehouse.

Inspector Baraar heard Vivaan shout but he pretends that is he fine. He calls the Dhingra land-line. He pleads for Meera to pick up the phone as he just wants to hear her voice and know that she is well. Nimmo is about to pick up but Meera takes the phone instead. Meera speaks and Vivaan listens in silence for some moments. Then he tells her that he is afraid but this time he is alone. He loves her a lot but he can not tell her. Whatever he is doing is doing it for her sake, otherwise he would give his life before seeing a single tear fall from her eyes. He tells her she is so close, yet feels so far from him and he wants to tell her everything but also does not want her to hear/know what the situation is. (Paraphrasing here. 😕 ) Meera asks why no one is speaking on the phone and Vivaan realises his phone was on mute, she did not hear his confession. Vivaan looks helplessly at his phone and on other side Meera holds the phone down. She directs her thoughts to him and tells him she is afraid of danger coming, but this time she is all alone. She wants to tell tell him so much but the Vivaan she loves is lost. She wishes she could tell him everything. She also asks why he has gone so far away despite being so close. She wants him to admit if something is wrong, if not for love then at least humanity/decency.
Vivaan speaks aloud, asking Meera how can he explain that he is hiding all his problems and not telling Meera to save her...
While Meera questions if Vivaan is saving her from some danger. Meera asks herself if it was not Vivaan who was trying to call her just then...(The scene was beautiful and heartbreaking too. They are both alone in this world with out each other...)

Vivaan is leaving the police station when his car window is shot with a round of darts. There is a message from the kidnapper in one of them. He warns Vivaan that warehouse scenes were level one and if he does not remove Meera, he would be shown level three. Vivaan thinks, this man is no afraid of the police but he can not let his deadly game overcome him. If he wants the kidnapper to loose he has to stop being afraid of him. He drives home urgently.

Vivaan rushes into the house and guides the Dhingras to Beeji's room. Meera ask why he came there as Vivaan asks everyone to stay in the room until he tells them otherwise. He tells them to remain as silent as possible. Meera asks who he is to order them. Vivaan tells her what ever he is doing is for her own good and for the good of her family. He moves her away and closes the door. Meera bangs on the door, asking him to explain. As her hand rests on the glass panel, Vivaan raised his palm to the same spot on the other side. This seemed enough to communicate something between them as it always has. As he walks away, Vivaan apologises to Meera and repeats her statement about the danger. (Why do MeerVaan have to suffer so much. 🥺 )

Amar talks about how different Vivaan was when his mother was there, as if he was a different person. Meera thinks someone else seems to be controlling his bahaviour. She questions her own logic and thinks, if he were only acting nice when Pammi and Amaya were there, why would he be acting when they were alone. ( Finally Meera! 😊 )

Vivaan paces and thinks how long can he keep everyone locked in the room. He has to do something before the kidnapper calls again. The man calls and asks if Vivaan had done as was asked. Vivaan tells him everything is empty and he can come and check. Then the kidnapper ask him for ten crore rupees. He asks Vivaan not be so surprised, he did not ask before but he could not miss the opportunity. ( Thank you for explaining that CVs. 😆 ) Vivaan tells him he will pay but he wants to speak to his family members. Pammi voice is heard, but kidnapper stops her speaking and refuses to let Amaya talk before he gets the money.

Dolly recalls that Pammi has not called since she left, which she did not expect from her and she did not return Dolly's call ether. She wonders if she is aware of what is happening in the house. Meera logs into her social media account and notes that Amaya has not updated since leaving for London. ( Her email address was written as 'Meera Kapoor...' )
Chachi ask Chacha Ji to do something and Beeji states what can they do? It is not their house that they can break windows and doors to escape. Meera looks at the window and knows how she can get out. ( Hint of the old Meera. 😊 )
Vivaan is speaking to someone to arrange the money and tells them his team will transfer bonds in exchange for the cash he wants. Meera is listening in shock and then watches as Vivaan takes his gun from the draw. He hides it under his suit jacket and hopes he does not have to use it.

Meera can not understand what is happening and decides to call all the contact numbers she has of Pammi or Amaya. The numbers are switched off so she calls the rehab center on last time, even asking if Roma had come to see Mr Kapoor. ( So she remembers her nemesis. 😆 ) The female staff member confirms that no one has been to see Vivaan's dad. Meera questions why Pammi and Amaya have not seen Mr Kapoor when he was reason they had gone to London. She feels there is something wrong...

Pre-cap : Meera demands to know what is happening. Vivaan asks her why she can not stay in the room as instructed. Meera questions Vivaan about the gun at his back. Meera argues and will not let him go when he moves away. They fall together...

My opinion - It was a good. 👍🏼
There was plenty of tension regarding the cat and mouse game which the kidnapper is playing with Vivaan. Glad that Meera is finally realising that something is not right... She also acknowledged that she still loves Vivaan...

"Agar usko drama hi karna hota toh Mummy ji aur Amaya ke saamne kyu nahi ki... AKELE mein kyu ki?"--Meera 🤣

FINALLY!! Kya karein Meera ben- your assumptions and conclusions in this whole mess have been so illogical and misplaced, the logical reasoning skills on display today have left me 😆😆

The episode was good. Meera has actually become calmer since their drunk romance. She had lectured him after that but somewhere his confession/their moments etc will be there in the back of her mind na? And now she is asking the right questions, albeit with doubts. Thankfully she now remembers that he was not always a monster..

One can only hope.. but foreshadowing does not indicate a jump to confession post this kidnapping mess.

I don't really understand where drug mafia and Nimmo's stalker fit into all this.

Actors were kind of sleep-walking of maybe that was just me..
I hope A-A get back into their element post this break. 😆

Edited- LOVED the phone convo, Vivaan's lines there and the door parallel like most of the 'fandom'.😳

I agree, she tries to be tough towards him due to what he is supposedly doing to her family but she obviously remembers. 😊

I thought that was the tone of the episode, MeerVaan were both overwhelmed by their situation...

I hope A-A get back into their element post this break. 😆

I can not do justice to those scenes. The feelings were just so...
For them nothing, not even their fights seem to matter...They just need to be able to talk, argue and fight together. Despite Meera having her family she seems just as alone without Vivaan.

I loved this episode and I loved that one line of yours that they are alone in this world without each other. It seems a bit of a paradox for meera to say that she is alone cause like minutes before she had her entire family surrounding her, boosting her morale up, yet she says she is all alone this time. Makes me think of this one line from om shanti om where deepika goes like ki kabhi kabhi pure duniya ka pyaar kam par jata hai, pyaar to ek hi se mil jaye to hi kafi hai. Meera seems to be sailing in the same boat now. She is surrounded by her loved ones and irrespective of her tall claims of loving only her blood relations, she is way more invested in vivaan and his family. She is all alone without him and she needs him more than she needs anyone else. And this is me clearly romanticizing a teeny tiny scene, but let me have my moment 😆 i loved loved that one dialogue and my shipper heart went all awww

This sappiness is obviously stemming from ignorance, cause I haven't watched last weeks epi and have no clue of all the harsh stuff meera must have said to vivaan. So dont burst my bubble guys and dont tell me all the stuff she must have said and done, I dont want to go all grrr 😡😆
I am just glad, Meera is seeming more like the meera who I absolutely adored. Someone who lived upto her name and was so devoted to Vivaan. Which is why her little getting him arrested drama was what made me quit for a week 🥱
Contrary to everyone here, I always thought Meera loved Vivaan more and BV is all out to make me eat my own words but I just hope epis like yesterday keep on coming so that I dont have to face more cognitive dissonance when it comes to meeras characterization 😆
My poor little heart wont be able to take it😆
Also amazing update May 🤗

What an update May Yaara!!🤗

I agree, I did not like "don't cry, you are OUR strength" thing.😕 Can they return the favour for once? Except beeji I really don't like any other Dhingra elder. So passive, forever dependent on others, and all talk. Stories of younger gen are being explored mostly to suit absence of lead actors. Otherwise, no character from the family has an arc. Dolly was the one with potential but I lost her when she didn't even consider the change in Vivaan, for all her support otherwise.

What you have written there is so true.
I am beginning to think if Meevaan are back to their "together in everything" equation. Last two epis certainly gave those feels. I want some reassurance about upcoming track tho.🥱

Thank you Chandu. 🤗

From the start Meera and Vivaan have been nothing but their true selves when they are together. I often felt Meera was never so free with her family as she is with Vivaan. There is no burden of responsibility or pressure to live up to expectations. In the end Vivaan truly accepted her as she was and unknowingly she accepted him as her own...But she has insecurities and is conditioned to protect her family at all cost...

You are not the only one romanticising MeerVaan's scenes. Sometimes I lost for words and can not describe them, you loose yourself in the moment. At least we can credit the writers when they get MeerVaan's relation so absolutely correct.

Glad you liked it Yaara! 🤗

Regarding the Dhingra's, precisely what I was thinking. After the episode when the Dolly's gold was stolen, I had written about how toxic they are for Meera. I blame them for her behaviour sometimes and thank heaven that she has Vivaan Kapoor in her life...

The writers need to make the family narrative stronger because they currently add nothing extra to the show. I appreciate Beeji for her wise counsel...

As I wrote before, writers could show MeerVaan moving to Chandigar or Mumbai after remarriage and bring the Kapoors to India. The writers can give the Dhingras interesting tracks as we have discussed before, making Prince more responsible would be a start and they have the foundation for it in the current episodes...

Let us see what happens next...
