The game Jalal playing is more intriguing

Innocent, a stubborn but kind hearted martyr Jodha enters into multi-begum harem of Basha jalal

Her only solace is Maharani Amitha Banu,Salima and child Rahim. Thereafter her life is filled with love,hate, greed, jealousy and backstabbing.

Indirectly Jalal is always for her, but his intentions are never truly known.He conspires with Ruck to defeat Jodha in the chess game.

The game he is playing is more intriguing. In his gambling, will he win OR loose?

But how come he forgets to weigh the opponents strength? Ruck was shamed in the durbar..quite a blow to her ego..to Jalal??

Why did Jo refuse the puraskar?..her self esteem at stake??

The reckless and tempestuous streak of Ruck are tellingly portrayed. There is bound to be debate about Jalal's shifting of favouritism and passion from Ruck to Jo in later days..but it is a compelling story that showcases the strength of pure love between J & J

Hoshiyaarkhan..they could not have found a better actor to play the role of eunuch

Both Rajat and Paridi imbibe perfectly the mannerisms of Mogul Basha and Hindu Rani

Rajat scores with effortless ease, in commanding Jodha to go back to mahal in "flag scene", in showing compassion to the child and revoking his parents' punishment and grappling Adham's intrusion. Rajat owns every moment of the episode

On the whole Jodha Akbar is a riveting historical drama with full of electrifying moments
