It's not even shown that she knows the truth. How come you already have doubts? Her father killed Sid's father, then what would be the reason that she would not love him. Let's wait till when she comes to know about it and then see if they love each other or if it is just Sid who loves her.

If PS killed KK, Anu knew about it and sacrificed her love despite many advances from Sidhant 'S side, fixed his wedding with a random Madhurima , pushed him to the extent he had to live his whole life feeling her rejection. . How would he feel? Would he forgive her for keeping him in the dark and making decisions on his behalf? Would he not appreciate it if she reciprocated his love and explained her situation to him? 😕
