You have a lot of good points.But when you look back at the facts there is definitely something going on. Everything happens for a reason. Kabeer and Zara have a lot of enemies ! Each one with their own agenda and came together united to take kabeer and Zara down.
Let's start with Zeenet.
Zeenet's problem is selfish and envy more then anything . Thinking Ayesha loves Zara more is the thorn in her side . Ayesha unknowingly gave Zara everything zeenet wanted for herself. Only zeenet thinks Ayesha is doing it because Zara is kabeers wife the favorite son where zeenets good husband is useless in her eyes . Zeenet wants to lead and have control but her mistakes made her position very week . When she forced her son to fast and nearly killed the boy just to make him look like his uncle setting the foundation for her son to rule the family later down the line her plan backfired making her lose everything! Position, respect, prestige all gone. Zara being cherished constantly and saving Amaan pushed zeenet over the edge making Zara her number one enemy . Zeenet is a ruksaar want a be but not clever enough to pull anything off other then use her poisonous tongue to hurt Zara .

Next Miraj
Miraj is taking on kabeers dream project to take down kabeer and Zara . His enemousity is revenge for his brother Siraj's death . Zara's kid napping took down the Kashmiri don prince.
Not sure that kabeer figured out the connection between the two brothers but Zara connected him to Kashmir. Don't forget kabeer saw this dear close friend have a picture of Zara , kabeer and even Ruksaar crossed out . He asked him why he has living people eliminated from the picture but didn't elaborate on it when Miraj gave the sad excuse that he is using it for the projects promotions . Highly doubt kabeer believes that. Miraj helped get rid of ruksaar and did many suspicious things that kabeer had to least notice some .
You asked why he doesn't get rid of Miraj? Do you know the saying keep your friends close and your enemies closer? Kabeer put Miraj in his home right in front of his eyes . Miraj was supposed to leave right after eid but he is still there. If you look closely at kabeers reaction whenever Miraj speaks kabeer is always listening closely with a non trusting look on his face quietly listening.
Kabeer made Zara resign from the project. Before I would have told you it's jealousy and ego but I'm almost sure it's to protect Zara . The look on his face when she gave him the papers were relief . Kabeer can't get rid of Miraj safely without getting him caught first both their lives are in danger and in pretty sure he knows that and is in action to fix that quietly.

Next up Shahraz
The unconventional father . The one that always does wrong but as a son you can't do anything but advise, watch carefully and damage control as best you can.
Up until recently kabeer uncovered all of his fathers actions he knew everything and kept telling him it's my duty to fulfill your dream but I will do it the right way . Kabeer fixed all the problems his father caused . Wouldn't it be strange for the god fearing son to change all of a sudden right out of the blue ?
Right now kabeer is watching his family closely not trusting them while doing something unknown behind the scenes.
Kabeer didn't expect that Zara would give up and leave him he over acted and nearly destroyed his relationship with the one he is trying to protect hence yesterday's episode was him taking a step back trying to win back Zara's trust while dealing with the others . In front of them he seems tough on her but alone he was the flirty poetic husband.
Yesterday I also thought kabeer was bipolar after going back and watching with a different prospective. He isn't bipolar but ingenious! The invalid instant talaq was a code in a way he did it on purpose she figured it out and followed him home and they carried on from there .
Then again this is tv anything can happen all we can do is watch and find out

She is the wild card ruksaar used as her eyes and ears . Her mission is take down Zara and kabeers relationship while protecting kabeer from Miraj .

Amazing point👏 ! It was Kabeer who asked Miraj the same question why would you invest your money in someone else's dream project without benefit . If I'm not mistaken his response was that he wanted to gain good deeds off of kabeer . Huge red flag right there

Just a thought...Does Kabeer have some illness or disease? Maybe he thinks he won't live much longer? If he dies before divorcing her she cannot get any mehr and he is afraid what will become of her?

Kabeer said "agar" the doosri talaq happens, he will tell her the reason. If he was sure about the talaq, he would have said "jab doosri talaq hogi".
