Episode starts with... swetlana warns aarush saying she needs that kidney at any cost ..later she nurse his wounds..and ask why he makes her angry ..she had got her face with plastic surgery but she has to go for dialysis...and says she wants kidney now ...she later remind him that she saved his life and picked him from street else street dogs would have killed him..
Aarush promises that he will find the girl... swetlana says to herself she cant take risk and needs kidney at any cost to enjoy her life...
Shaurya and mahek remember their happy moments and cries...Naina song play on.. Shaurya later remember the way mahek slapped jugraj and gets angry ..
At hospital Sarita calls Swati and ask if police is taking any action or not ..Swathi inform that she is with them only.. Shaurya reaches hospital and gies inside the ward where coach is kept ... doctor ask what he is doing here...at KM swthi reaches along with inspector...and ask them where is shaurya and ask to interrogate him... Shaurya comes and shows them the anticipatory bail ... saying he had knew this family will do something like this ..and warns that if swathi comes again he will file a case against her...Swathi goes outside and she gets a call from Sarita who inform that someone has paid the hospital bill ...and she ask who had did this ..at hospital Swathi ask doctor who had paid the expenses...but he says he can't reveal name...later he informs Shaurya that he had done whatever he asked to...later Shaurya cooks and he gets a call from his friend and he promote the new show on see :D
Shaurya mom ask him what is he hiding but he says he isn't hiding anything just trying to get jugrag out of jail ...he reaches the cage ..he calls Mahek's name ..she does the drama that she is not feeling well and ask him to take her to hospital...he says she has to sign the papers..mahek says she is ready to sign anywhere but ask her to take her to hospital...he goes outside the cage and bring the papers and warns her that she will not try to act over smart ..she takes the papers to sign...and attacks Shaurya with pen...and runs away from cage putting some spicy thing in his eye ...she comes out on road and search for auto ... aarush comes their and hit her with car later hits on her collar bone and take her away..
After break...goons try to take mahek out from car ...she has a fight with them..and someone hits her on head...later she is lying on a bed ..for kidney transplant.. swetlana sees mahek and gets shocks saying she is Mahek..
