Shivay rushed inside mansion and directly marched towards his room where all the family member was waiting outside his room

"Daadi, OmRu! Shivay called out rushing towards the door which was locked from inside

"shivay relax! Anika Bhabhi ka checkup ho raha hai actually bar bar koi kuch na kuch puche ja raha tha doctor se so hum sab ko bhar jaane kaha so that she can peacefully do her checkup, Gauri hai Bhabhi ke paas explained Omkara trying to calm him down

"muje bhi aandar rehna hai uske saath! Shivay stated stubbornly

"Open the door! Her husband is here or else main thod raha hu darwaza shouted an angry SSO

Before OmRu or Dadi could stop him the door was opened by the Doctor with a huge grin

"darvaza thode ki zarurat nahi hai SSO aapki biwi finally coma se bhar hai! You all can meet her Doctor stated

"haan ek aur baat maine unne unke coma ke baare me bata diya hai so she is kind off disturbed so please handle the situation with care, stress is very very injurious to her Doctor further added

Everybody nodded in approval and went past her to see Anika leaving Shivay behind his eyes are longing to see her finally his prayers were answered his love is back but now guilt is dominating him he is not ready to face Anika after what he did but then gaining courage he took a small steps inside the room his gazed was fixed on the floor sighing he looked up and finally saw her, Anika! his Anika full awake out of coma he held his study table to control his emotion and wiped the tear from the corner of his eyes smiled through his tears, he again looked at Anika she was in the half sitting position her face was pale due to all medicines effect as for almost 2 years she was surving in seductives but still for his kanchi eyes another synonyms for beauty is Anika, Daadi was stoking her face and kissing her forehead happily and she just gave a weak smile in return she looked tired and very much disturbed still she was smiling seeing their family so excited and happy typical Anika he thought also he noticed she didn't asked about him at all and he also knew he has asked for that still he want to hug her tight and kiss her all over her face and want tell her how miserable this 2 years was for him seeing her like that, want to tell her death was so much better than this fear of losing her, though she belongs to him but than he had lost that right, he remembered doctor's word that she is kind off stressed about the clueless 2 years but Shivay knew his Anika very well he knew what is actually killing her and he hate himself for bringing that pain in her life, Daadi saw Shivay standing bit far away from them

"Putaar tu aise sab se alag kyu khada hai! Dekh teri Anika vapas aa gayi said Daadi happily

Anika clutched the sheet hearing that looking down

" daadi main... Shivaay reasoned

"muje neend aa rahi hai Anika said with a straight face

"kya? Rudra shouted

"Bhabhi do saal se aap so rahi thi but insomnia hume ho gaya tha! Aap fir sona chati hai? asked a horrified Rudra

"Shut Up! Rudra humesha bakwaas karta hai, Bhabhi aap aaram kijiye hum baadme aate hai said Omkara

Anika gave him a weak smile nodding in approval

"Kuch ganto me main pakka jag jahugi Rudy Anika assured him

"Pinky promise? asked Rudra

"pinky promise anika promised with a smile

"aap rest kijiye Rudra said giving her a quick hug

Anika tried to lie down straight but was not able to and shriek in pain

"Anika... shivay immediately rushed to her side seeing her in pain but stopped in his tracks when she called out for Gauri

Gauri rushed to Anika's side, gauri placed an arm around her neck and carefully made her lie down in bed, Anika closed her eyes due to the body ache

"Doctor... what's this why is she in so much pain? asked a very restless Shivaay

"Relax! Mr.Oberoi it's normal! Do saal se Anika ka body movement nahi hua hai, its just that Anika ke saare muscles thoda stiff ho chukhe hai and yeh aksar coma se bhar aane ke baad hota hai, hum kal se physiotherapy start karva dete hai and within 2-3 weeks she will be normal Doctor explained

"you sure there is nothing to worry about right? asked Shivaay with concern

"not at all assured doctor

"okay but 2-3 week jo pain hoga uske liye koi medicines ya kuch asked shivay

"already baut medicines hai, uske upar se pain killer I won't prefer koi aur side effect hone ke chances hai, you don't worry Mr. Oberoi jaise he physiotherapy start hoga dheree dhree yeh pain bhi kum hoga explained the doctor

"putaar tu fikar mat kar Anika bilkul thik ho jayegi Daadi said cupping his face

Here Anika was also listening to their conversation but nothing was affecting her, she was lost on her own world she is not able to identify if it's a reality or some kind of nightmare! she hoped for the other one but she can't deny the fact, all the occurring is too much for her to handle, she was clueless what's going on it was like she was pulled towards the darkness though she is scared of dark she was willingly going towards it but then something was not allowing her to fully drown in it, some force was pulling her back there was some weird battle going on between her and that force and at last she lost to that force and finally she was pulled back to light but the thing she is clueless about is that force was Shivaay's love which was strong and determined which didn't allowed her to be dragged in that darkness, even her death had to bow down in front of his love and handed her back to him, After she gain conscious she just needed answers just wanted to hear everything is alright, she was so restless and as soon as Gauri hugged her and doctor said she was in coma for last two years that was the big blow for her that one sentence from doctor gave her the answer for the most desperate question and she felt like after bringing back to life someone again stabbed her to death

Flashback :

"Shivay aaj aap jaldi aayege na" asked a very excited anika
''Hmm agar meeting jaldi khatam hui toh'' said the shivay wearing his blazer
"Par shivay aaj..."
Before she could reply she was cut off by shivaay
"Anika it's urgent so jo bhi baat hai will just postponed that" shivay said taking a file from his study
"par shivaay..." anika again tried to explain
Shivaay just rushed out of the room
"aaj humari anniversary hai" anika completed the sentence sadly but he was already out of sight

After sometime Anika was sitting in the couch with gauri who was trying to cheer her up when her mobile ranged and a small smile formed on her face seeing the caller id
"lagta hai bade bhaiya ko yaad aagaya" gauri said seeing Anika's smile
"hum chalte hai vo kya kehte hai, haan privacy dete hai aap dono ko" gauri said teasingly and went from there
"yeh gauri bhi na" anika said with a slight blush and received the call
"shivay" said anika
"Anika! I'm so sorry, I don't know how does it slipped from my mind" shivay said apologetically
"toh mere billu ji aapko aachank kaise yaad aaya" anika asked with a chuckle
"vo...muje...you know aise calender main nazar padi so you know" shivay said fumbling
"jab apko jhoot bolna aata nahi hai toh koshish bhi kyu karte hain" anika said with a small laugh
"okay fine!!! Muje Khanna ne wish kiya so..." shivay explained
"fir toh muje Khanna ji ko thank you bolna chahiye kum se kum unki baat sunne ka toh waqt tha aapke paas" anika said teasingly
"okay! Now stop this what's important is aaj humari anniversary hai so Happy Anniversary Mrs. Anika Shivay Singh Oberoi!" Shivay said with a husky voice
"Happy Anniversary Shivay!" Anika wished him back with a huge smile
"sirf Happy Anniversary se kaam nahi chalega we are celebrating it okay main jaldi se meeting wined up karke aata hu then will go for a romantic candle light dinner" shivay told her
"Shivay aap jaldi se ghar aa jaayega! Par muje koi dinner main nahi jana muje ghar main he rehna hai aur aapse der saari baatein karne hai" anika said excitedly
"muje yaad bhi nahi hai hum akari baar kab chain se bait kar baatein kari thi" she further added with a pout
"sounds like a plan! But raat ko koi baatein nahi hogi...you know only romance" Shivay said a sexy smirk
"Shivay aap office main baith kar kaise baatein kar rahe hai" anika said blushing heavily
Before Shivay could reply there was a knock on his cabin door
"okay anika I should be going now! But both the plan is on" with that he disconnected the call with a smile
" hello...hello shivay" anika just sighed but again a smile formed on her lips and excitedly rushed towards her room
night around 7:00
Shivika's room was fully decorated with rose petals, scented candles and anika was there who was setting the table she placed the cake on the table and craved something over it with a cream cone she heard a footsteps nearing she stood up with a smile and took an envelope and put a hand behind hiding the envelope
"Anika!" shivay shouted fuming at her
anger was evident in his eyes that to so much he didn't give a damm about the surrounding
On the other side Anika was completely taken aback seeing him shooting daggers at her
"kya hua shivay?" anika asked nearing him trying to place one hand on his shoulder but then he jerked off her hand
"kya hua? You don't know what the hell did you do!" shivay shouted
Anika just looked at him confusingly
"tume khanna se keh kar lunch ke baad ka saara meetings cancel karwa diye?" shivay asked angrily
That's when anika realized why he is so angry
"haan shivay! Vo isiliye ki muje aapse ba... Anika tried explaining but then was cut off by him
"baat karni thi aise bhi kya baat karne thi tume ki mere aane tak ka wait nahi kar sakti thi aur saare meeting aur conference cancel karwa diye" shivay asked fuming with anger as he is very much possessive when it comes to his business
Now seeing his overreaction even anika was equally annoyed
"Marriage Anniversary hai aaj jo ki hum dono ki hai muje laga aapke liye aaj ka din utna he khaas hoga jitna mere liye hai par nahi aapko koi farak nahi padta" anika said with a teary eyes
"aur toh aur maine meeting isiliye cancel..." anika further added but than was cut off again by him
"Anniversary!!! Wow!!!" shivay clapped his hand sarcastically
"it's not the end of the world agle saal fir aa jati ye anniversary uske liye tumne itna bada loss kawaya, you have any idea vo meeting foreign ke BOD ke sath the which was so f**king important" shivay shouted
"nahi pata mujhe yeh sab aur muje pata bhi nahi karna muje sirf mere pati ka kuch waqt chaiye purre din aap bus office aur meeting main busy rehte hai, mere kya shivay? Aapki perfect life main khudko deki nahi paati" anika said with a frustrating tone
"toh kya chahti ho tum ki main apna sara kaam chod kar tumse baatein karta rahu!" shivay shouted
Anika was taken aback for a while she has never seen him so angry
"hadd hai yaar! Aaye din iss matter pe jhagad jhagad ke main thak chuka hu, you know what i can't take this anymore! Today all the limits has been crossed" said the frustrated shivay
Anika was extremely hurt and kind off guilty too she had no idea her single call would create such a mess
"shivay muje nahi pata tha..." anika tried explaining but the shivay was completely in SSO mode blinded with anger
"Mom was right, this relation is suffocating me now" Shivay further added in frustration
Sometimes words work sharper than a blade especially when it comes out in anger that one line did the whole damage he himself stabbed his beautiful relation with that one line
"Bas shivay!" anika shouted not able to take it anymore
She wiped her tears and ran out of the room, she stood near the stairs sobbing silently again his words were ringing in her ears
"Mom was right, this relation is suffocating me now"
She couldn't take this anymore she need some fresh air, she climbed down two stairs but then suddenly felt dizzy maybe because it was too much for her to handle due to which she lost the balance and fell off the stairs hitting her head hard and rolled down the stairs
"SHIVAY" she shouted on horror
she fell flat on her stomach she could feel wetness near her nose as it started bleeding the pool of blood surrounding her face
She wanted to shout out due to both mental and physical pain but no voice was coming out from her throat her breathing was getting uneven lastly she saw was shivay manically running towards her calling out her name her vision blurred after seeing his face and she was completely blacked out

Present

Anika again closed her eyes tightly thinking about that unfortunate event which ruined everything, unknown to her a silent sob came out of her throat, Shivay rushed to her side as soon as he saw her in tears

"please mat Ro Anika, everthing will be fine! Sab kuch na thik ho jayega Shivay said wiping her tears and cuping her face in process even he was in tears, after 2 years she is finally back but still in so much pain and he is responsible for that

Anika didn't even glanced at him once which was hurting him but he has asked for it and he deserved that, she just nodded in no

"kuch bhi thik nahi ho sakta, sab kuch khatam hogaya Anika said while a silent tears rolled down her eyes

Before shivay could say anything he was again interrupted by her

"kya aap muje kuch der ke liye akela chodege anika said with straight face and low voice but not looking at him

Shivay moved back his hand cupping her face

"main tume disturb nahi karuga Anika! Please muje yahi rehne do tumare paas shivay said in a pleading tone

Anika just nodded in yes closing her eyes, Shivay went and sat in the opposite couch so that her face is clearly visible to him, once he was assured she was in a deep slumber he got up and taking his night clothes he went to washroom to freshen up and came back asap and lied down in the couch again staring at her face which is angelic to him
