Official synopsis of Porus serial

The Story is set in 350 BC when India was called Sone Ki Chidiya due to its riches. Where on the streets in the markets Gold, Silver, Emeralds and precious stones were bartered in the open. It was also the time when the first attack on Indian Soil took place and the attacker was none other than Alexander the Great. King Porus was the mighty force that resisted the attack of Alexander. Though he lost the war which was fought on the banks of river Jhelum but he defeated Alexanders army in spirit and that saw the return of Alexander back to Greece.😲

If so, it clearly indicates what the outcome of the battle of the Hydaspes will be. Porus will lose militarily but win psychologically.

well i will be happy if it shown according to this synopsis because its true that porus lost the war but alex and porus become friends as he admires puru bravery just like acc to history no problem with rakhi scene because even though it is not historically true it is based on legend there are many legends especially on alexander some of which are shown already on this show. Like the legend of gordian knot of alexander so one legend from indian side is ok. It is shown in many movies too. All kings have legends and forklore especially from ancient period kings even alex has so many and one legend related to puru which is popular folklore is fine we have all heard about it. As long as they focus on fighting N less repetative bashans from both alex n puru side i will be happy, No zeus ka beta n hum bharatiya but i want to see the treat me like a king famous speech of porus which impacted a world conqueror and made an enemy an ally.👏
