The character of Ruqaiya of first few episodes had been one of the most fascinating character-sketch done in the whole show. The relationship between Jalal and Ruqaiya had been portrayed quite interestingly. Two young people, who had been close friends in childhood have stepped in the spring of the life together, and somehow trying to explore the new passionate dimension of their relationship. The most interesting thing was both of them are very same when it comes to their personality and traits... both are dominating, ambitious, controlling and loves to play with brain. I wonder if they could really be able to sustain Ruqaiya's character till the end without making her a nincompoop hot-headed vamp; it would be exciting to see how the love-story grows between them in the presence of such a fascinating third person... I know it's tough to keep it up, but still it would be great!

stuti we should not forget that this was ekta matas show. Though she might choose the best actors but still she and her team (poor people who dont have any other option) will make them do all kinds of nonsense on screen. The show could sustain in the end only due to parijat. Otherwise the tracks started getting bad to worse and it started from chukchuk begum and baton was passed to papita track, leap track and so on. And regarding hukka begum, she should have been showed as side character rather than giving her so much footage that she overtook many scenes of akdha and irritated the audience with her nonsense antics that more than JA we felt they should have named the show hukka begum ki sazishen. And more than half the time poor jallu was shown as the great ullu😆 rather than the great Akbar.

well they hv taken good chunk of it from indu sudrasen's book but didn't knew how to proceed hence the mess .

gradually we got the weak points between them & it would hv been better that way but cvs had other plans...😉
