Not at all. If a film releases solo and fails on Eid, Christmas or Diwali that is a bigger flop then a non festival release failing.

there r several articles out there online which says the film has flop the general opinion of the film is that its a flop people can whine over n discuss it like average/semi hit tags..but it has been rejected by audiences due to 0 content.

there is a difference between crowd puller n making a movie a HIT. gone r those days when films would only be judged on their opening records.
