Yes, they definitely have. I think its after the Siraj incident in Kashmir. It was a short scene where they show them holding hands. It is implied that the marriage has been consummated then. Neither of the leads were head over heels in love with each other at that time.
I think the CVs wanted to show how a relationship can progress in an arranged marriage without the whole drama and dance of not sleeping together till they are totally in love with each other. Usually, the FL also promptly becomes pregnant after this in other shows😕
As was shown initially, neither Zara nor Kabeer intend to break the marriage after saying Qubool Hai. So they do try their best to make their marriage work. While they do come closer in Kashmir, the whole Siraj kidnapping draws them both in emotionally towards each other and they consummate the marriage.
As is seen later, Zara is more smitten with Kabeer than he is with her. He does not treat her well at all and spends a lot of the episodes after the Kashmir ignoring her and taking her for granted. I think there is one episode where Zara tries to placate Kabeer by dressing up like a bride again. There again it is implied that they have slept together though it is shown that Kabeer caved to her advances "as a part of his duty as a husand" 🤔
No real intimacy is shown. I think there is only one such scene where Kabeer make the first move and that too it turns out to be Zara's dream.
Now Kabeer and Zara seem to be in love. Kabeer still needs to grow up to accept Zara's views and with the whole talaq promo. I don't really know how their relationship will change.
Honestly, I am happy that the makers have kept it clean more or less. I didn't really like the Rukhsar drugging Kabeer episode. It was not tastefully done at all :(
