Porus was descended of legendary queen Tomiris who cut the head of Cyrus the great when he attacked afghanistan
Please note: writing history in india began after the invasion of Alexander ...Persian and Greek thought India and afgahanistan to be part of Persian empire...so queen Tomiris is considered Persian by them but infact she Indian if today's map are to be believed ...ok if today's map are to be believed she was Pakistani Afghani and Indian...
Her kingdom was from Afghanistan to today's Beas...

I sorry bharat was never consider as Persian empire , small area near river Indus was part of Persian as it was captured by Darius 1 , bharat is very old country , bharat name is kept under d name of emperor bharat son of dushyant & shakuntala which is i guess in dwapar yug, . Bharat was always an independent country . King puru is chandravanshi king decendants of one of d vedic tribesor vedic kshatriyas , or yaduvanshi kshatriyas, acc 2 some sources paurav kul participated inmahabharat war.
If bharat was part of Persia , why did Darius 1 invaded bharat ?? Matlab kuch bhi. Persian never consider india as their part.

And Tomiris was not an Indian Queen!!Cyrus the Great never reached India.Look below

Tomyris (/tomrs/; from Eastern Iranian: Tahm-Rayi),[1] also called Thomyris, Tomris, Tomiride, or Queen Tomiri, was a Massagetean ruler who reigned over the Massagetae, an Iranian people from Scythian pastoral-nomadic confederation of Central Asia east of the Caspian Sea, in parts of modern-day Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, western Uzbekistan, and southern Kazakhstan.[2][3][4][5] Tomyris led her armies to defend against an attack by Cyrus the Great of the Achaemenid Empire, and defeated and killed him in 530 BC

You are insulting our great king Puru by referring him to as a descendant of Queen Tomyris .He was a true Indian and you can ignore the theory of us Indians being Aryans originally from Europe as taught in our history books.Because our history was written by Westerners who want to falsely glorify themselves and make us Indians look inferior to them. The Aryan theory is rubbish!!!
