It might be metaphor that he will not conquer this side of jhelum ie state on this side of the river pr falls on the opposite side of the jhelum river then other states come after PR taxila come on one side of the river which is Alexander control n PR on other side if he conquer PR then he will proceed to other states I think that what they mean by not allow Alexander to cross jhelum.they forgot other rivers in India lol but they might show puru refusing to surrender PR n Alex puru fight then Alex leaving after friendship.

From d starting i always thought alex & poras both will surprise each other on main war as alex will cross d river brilliantly that 2 on rainy day , poras will surprise alex by his alex army , now poras already opened his trump card elephants , on main war day i hope poras 2 surprise alex , tab maza aayega
