I agree that she is heartbroken and all but this is not the Anushka we met in the beginning of the show. That Anushka was retrospective, mature, and thoughtful and this Anushka is just annoying.

Please help me see the good in her behavior!

Isn't that the usual break up ritual? People return their stuff after breakup. It's siddhant who decided and she is trying everything that will help her get over him.
He can flip anytime he wants...if he doesn't want to be with her she can't help it but she needs an avenue to cool off her anger. She is just doing that.
Why do we expect her to retrospect? All the burden on her to keep the relationship going?
He should think that if he destroys kk he can't have Anushka. So, he needs to do more research on kk's Past and not depend only on circumstantial evidences. If she is important enough for him of course.
