for a woman her character is upon everything. nnothing can b compared wid this insult. such wrds can anger any1 specially ur loved ones & they hv d ri8 to react too.
Yash wasn't called a characterless ofcourse then hw can Zoya call pooja a characterless here?
That's exactly what I find strange. Proving someone was depressed and may have taken his own life is not the same as calling someone a prostitute (which is what she implied about Pooja).
Why is there such a stigma around depression and mental health in Indian society? I personally don't condone suicide at all but this wouldn't have been such an issue elsewhere - why is it considered as 'badnaam' for Yash's family?
The guy was not a good husband or businessman, those are facts. It is a court and that's where these things are told, especially when 2 innocent people were being framed. Being depressed and committing suicide may or may not have been true, it could very well be a story cooked up by Papa Hooda, but why is it so offensive to someone's family and reputation? People having a mental health illness is a sad fact but it is nothing to be ashamed of so why does Zoya think this defamed Madhu and her family? These type of stigmas in Indian society should be dealt with. People need to adapt to society as it is now. In Madhu's place, I would be more concerned that I hadn't known what my son was feeling, rather than caring about what people would think.
Zoya may be overreacting if this is what she is angry about. Now on the other hand, I completely understand her anger for making it seem like she was an imcompetent wife, Papa Hooda had no need to do that and involve her. Her anger is justified here. But knowing Zoya, that's not what she's angry about.
