I cant believe TSMSP has endedđđđ
Thankfully, they gave us a happy ending. No deaths, memory losses, et al. But I'd skipped a couple episodes in between so dunno if Dr. Parag got arrested?
Kanak looked so happy, free and independent walking off to her college. I loved that bit, but somehow I liked her being a government officer better, with Uma at the helm of K & U.
But no use saying anything now, it's over. Some bits of the wrap-up were weird though. Like Payal getting to mother an orphaned child, so silly, Saras WAS pregnant and had a miscarriage but she still carried herself together. But they had to focus only on Payal's distress and trauma and all that.
Anyway, my heart is still breaking. Now I have no reason of logging in to Hotstar and watching stuff, coz this is the only thing I used to watch. I cannot believe they wrapped the show up in such a bizzare, disconnected manner (we still dont know what the hell happened to Vanshđđ).
And it seems Maasisa and fake Mausa ji have developed feelings for each other and have decided to become real Maasi-Mausa for KanUmđ (btw, Maasisa looks hotter with one kidney less, huhđ)..sorry..was just cracking sick jokes
Adi, oh my boy! What a character!! HE'S GOT TO BE THE MOST INTERESTING "VILLAIN" AIRED IN AN INDIAN SOAP OPERA EVERđđđ
The last few episodes, he was so so close to KanUm..the warmth, the love he had for his bro and his Bhabisa...his antics..his devil dimag used for an "angelic" purpose..
They tried to give each character a befitting wrap-up...and yet I feel there's still so much that they can say to us...these characters...
Why do I feel there's gonna be a comeback ?? Am I doing invisible headstands in the air? Ummm..yes, because I'm fantasizing too much..hoping there'll be a season 2
Even if there isn't, and the makers decide to come back with ANOTHER SHOW...completely fresh...with ANOTHER channel of course, not this cruel, mean SPđĄ, then I'm gonna latch on to it like a leechđ
They've messed up with TSMSP far too much for me to be able to take its continuation seriously. But if they came back with a new show, new prospects the same leads?
On this note, does anyone know if anything of this sort is cooking on Twitter/SP/SSP/anywhere else?
In the meanwhile, KanUm continue to live on in our hearts. When I get bored working too much, I rewind to the episode where KanUm came together, with Shiv ji as witness...the wedding...the background music..the beats...Kanak's tears at being forced into a life she never thought she would ever have to live...Uma's intense gaze, and the way he looked at Kanak, tearing into our hearts...conservative, crazy Uma who turned into this modern yet true-to-his-roots Uma, who was now ready to walk hand in hand with Kanak...
Every time Uma would look into Kanak's eyes, my heart would go Boom! On a completely unrelated note, Avinesh has really sexy eyes. He does. đłđłđł
This is the only show where the leads didnt consummate...not even a KISS dammit...but we held on to them like clingy, stubborn kids refusing to let go..we loved them so much.
Oh, how my heart breaks. Did anyone pay attention to the background music as Kanak and Uma stood in front of the huge Shiva statue in the aangan...paying their obeisances...

it still sends ripples down my spine every time I listen to it...how could they end such a beautiful show??
