I wish she was faking it. Actually it felt like that the way she fell down unconcious when Aditya was arrested. It was like she was buying some time to save Aditya. There are many things about Zoya that Aditya doesn't know, may be that got him concerned. I remember how Aditya was surprised when Zoya said she eloped to be with the man she loved. Rajver is more inclined towards Aditya than Zoya. He has something personal with the Hooda's for sure.
