IMO there is no question that FLs are always right and that makers never question their actions, their only fault is their big hearts and putting other people's interest before their own and even this isn't meant to be a negative trait, it's meant to be a positive one but taken advantage of by the wrong people and that's why Chakor never regretted trusting Imli in Banaras track.
IMO Chakor made three big mistakes: planning the bride swap when she had no right to force Suraj to marry Imli. Risking her life and her baby's life to save Paakhi when the whole village was present. The way she easily chose to believe Imi slept with another man without investigation, the fans hatred of Imli blinded them to this mistake but how can she believe that of her own sister? she should have at least taken Vivaan's test results to a different doctor. It's about what CVs project and not what individual viewers perceive (this varies from one person to another), FLs are never criticized. Out of Chakor's three major mistakes, makers only acknowledged one, her mistake against Imli, but they never acknowledged the other two, it's understandable in Paakhi's case because it falls under the general characterization of FLs, but that doesn't hold for the bride swap which was morally wrong, but until now whenever it's mentioned only Suraj's role is discussed. The biggest proof that FLs are always right is that those who support them are projected as the good guys and those who oppose them are the bad ones, CVs don't even have to justify it because it's the norm. We're meant to root for them and support them, not to judge them and criticize them.
