How sure are you'll about Aditi being in the segment.

It could be just our nawab sahib cutting cake and enjoying it , just like all his birthday segments post NK shoot even though there were gifts for Aditi.

im sure it will be them together, it has adiza fandom written on cake - and he promised he will do the gift segment with both of them.

It wouldnt have had adiza fandom written on it, if it was a a segment just for zain. Adiza is both of them and fans would have sent cake for both to cut
