After Neha Dhupia's surprise wedding, rumours of her being pregnant started making the headlines. As the news spread like wild fire, Neha Dhupia's father, Pradip Dhupia has cleared the air saying it is not true. Putting all the rumours to rest, Mr. Dhupia told Dainik Bhaskar, "No no... There is no such thing at all. Since the two got married early, people are thinking otherwise. But there is no such thing. People will keep talking about things and spread rumours as per their wish.

When asked about the reason behind the intimate ceremony, the actress' father said, "It was decided by both the families and the couple as they didn't have much time because of their respective work commitments. We only got a day or two to make all the wedding arrangements after the date was finalised,

Hinting at Neha's pregnancy, an entertainment portal pointed out that the actress has been seen in loose clothes post her marriage. All her recent appearances have been in sarees, gowns, and flowy dresses.
