Vedika has not done the same at all. Vedika was going to tell Sahil, but Shruti made her swear not to. Same as Sahil. However the biggest difference here is that Shruti is an adult, whereas Arya is a child. Shruti is responsible for her own choices as an adult. Arya is Vedika's 15 year old daughter. So Vedika has not done worse than Sahil. I would say its the same. However Vedika didn't get involved because it wasn't her place to. Sahil has taken up responsibility for Arya who is a child. Vedika is well within her rights to react that way, Sahil has no rights to give any kind of permission to Arya, whether it's a party or a late dance class which he thought it was. Regardless, Arya acted recklessly and should have asked Vedika who is the only person with any rights to give permission. Once Vedika gives Sahil those rights, fair enough. But she hasn't. And she has made it clear to both Sahil and Arya that only she holds the authority to make any decision for Arya. And she is right. And with everything else happening, it's Nidhi and Puneesh that are making Sahil look wrong in front of Vedika, that is in no way Vedika's fault.
