Do international dating blogs work?

I've been having some problems with my girl abroad and I really need all the advice I can get. It would be most comforting for me if someone who's been in my situation can help me out too. I've been looking around some international dating blogs and see if there's an answer that can put my anxiety at ease but so far, I haven't found any. I just really feel depressed with how things are going in my relationship. I need some more time to think and research.
