I have found that atleast one topic where most people are unanimous here is of the nepotism debate.

These nepotism gets encouraged because are we so freaked out of entertaintment that we need to watch movies of these new starkids in cinema hall first day first show?

Why cant we prefer amazon, netflix or wait for good releases with star cast ..rather than help Kjo in building up hype for his starlets.

We know that bollywood is called the friends and family club

Alia,Varun have proved themselves from the movies following SOTY despite their first film was Hit.

but when they were being launched in SOTY in 2012, the social media, the audience in general didnt had any negative vibe against them. Might be because the three of them looked glamorous enough to attract the attention .They did had something in them even i cant deny too

Cant compare the launch of Alia-Varun with Sara-Jhanvi, Ananya.

Sara was seen dancing like a serpentine in a reception party.

Jhanvi is busy flaunting her thighs for filmgyan and other sites after coming out of gym

Ananya is on her way too as mentored by Kjo to build up her presence in instagram and all.

They seem just desperate to be a public figure with people interviewing them, giving selfies, and in future attending koffee with karan.

What should we do so that the nepotism gang gets a clear answer that our money is too precious to be wasted

Let kedarnath come. Will you have the patience to watch it on amazon prime or Tv telecast or pirated even if the reviews are good?

or are you so hungry,eager that you all will go on first day first show any how no matter tsunami comes.

Same for Dhadak. Are u going to skip it.?

Same for SOTY. Can u give this tiger shroff film a miss?

if audiences need to give a clear message to Dharma

then they have to stop following the herd mentality of going by the buzz .

Just imagine what if dhadak, Kedarnath and SOTY bombs

Karan and the industry would not launch family and friends for quite sometime then😆

all those three movies are not in my watch list either

just getting up in the morning and holding bombay times , once can see the amount of PR activity that is going on for dharma talents in the name of launching them.

Its like shoving down then under the throats forcefully

As you said if people sincerely decide not to waste money on them , they would get a good message.But sadly the people are too emotional fools.

I hope the larger public sense that much better films need to be supported than these remakes and all and launches.

Being Alia Fan i can say she did have some spark since SOTY thats why she made it so far

but these three girls dont have any charm or X factor even in their photographs

No use wasting money on them. Nepotism chillane se kaam nahi hoga, people have to boycott these movies

Almost agree with everything !

TBH SOTY cast did attract me as an audience , but SOTY 2 naaah !

And the other films of Sara Jahnvi i am not watching that , i will wait for the review ,if they perform well , well then they deserve my money but if they do not who cares they'll be thrown out of bollywood anyway !

But as an audience they put me off already as a first day first show viewer , now rest depends on their acting if they are talented then why not give them a chance ?

No matter how many movies flop, bollywood will not stop bringing in star kids. Launching an outsider is hundred times more difficult and expensive than launching a star kid who brings their own money for investment, grooming and training. With the amount of star kids lined up to be taken who cares how many of them flops as long as the cash flow continues bollywood has nothing to worry.

Personally don't care two hoots about nepotism in an industry like Bollywood. If they are good I'll watch if they are not I'll skip.

On topic during 1st soty no nepotism debate was there and there were a limited star kids entering so everyone was excited but now its like a rain of star kids with average looks and acting so I don't think I will watch any of the movies specially SOTY 2 it has no appeal and first one was bad enough only cast was the good thing abt soty
