Beautiful analysis of the scene! Adi in his positivity didn't realize his marriage was crumbling and Pooja only saw negativity and pessimism in the marriage.
Another scene was the strawberry scene. Adi started seeing negativity in the marriage and he started crushing it under his foot but Zoya still was in delusional world so even if her relationship with Yash gave her pain, she still beared it.
