There's lot of factors. Kareena looks good someday looks really tired someday. Her diet, workout struggle to maintain shape directly reflect on her face. She easily gains weights. Its a lot more struggle for her to get back into shape.. Also Taimur (i dont believe she doesnt take care of him). Its not easy as it seems. But Kat & PC ruined their own face. None to blame... DP has good body.. No serious fat yet she seems like starving..
