It is Aliya's fault because she never spoke about Adi and Roshni's closeness with IshRa. IshRa are completely oblivious to all that happened between Adi and Roshni. Aliya does not know the entire picture herself yet and she had not shared whatever she knew with Ishita. So Ishita is no way wrong in offering a job to Roshni. Ishita still sees Roshni as her daughter as she is unaware of her relationship with Adi.
As far as Ishita slapping Raman, it was unintentional and accidental. BTW when Raman can slap Ishita intentionally in the presence of his entire family for disclosing the truth that she was his wife, then I think Ishita can be forgiven here. They are husband and wife, and it is okay if they slap each other in anger. But yes Ishita should apologise to Raman even if it was unintentional.
