Is he the corporater of Kumkum Bhagya who caused problems to Bulbul and others as well? Did the actor change?

I used to watch kkb in the starting and I adored Rabul but then I left it due to dragging and Rabul separation . That's why I am completely clueless about what happened in kkb and I am not aware if neil was tgere also.Now, I am fed up from kdb dragging also .
