Who really knows? It's their personal life- so it's hard to gauge the truth from promotions.

Alia has been praising him a lot, called him a 'fashionista' recently- maybe it's her or her PR, or Karan.

Many seemingly do link-ups for promotion. And Alia and Ranbir have a movie together- Brahmastra- so it could be just KJO trying to stir up some interest.
