I can agree with that: Adi not noticing that Pooja hadn't signed it. He hadn't seen it for very long-- within minutes of receiving it, and the resultant shock, Zoya stormed in.

But Zoya had had that ring for quite a while, had spent enough time with it: it was loose on her fingers, so not as if she could have ignored it, right? It must have come off, often, or she might have taken it to the jewellers to get it tightened.The writers have been lazy with this blooper: if they had an actress of lesser caliber, Zoya would have looked unbearably foolish by now.

I believe both Zoya and Aditya are blinded by two contrasting extreme emotions.

Zoya on one hand is blinded by Yash's love. He is her world, as she said in the epi about how she left everyone and chose him over her family etc. She doesnt look beyond Yash. Her life has been a bed of roses and Yash is the main star of her show who loves her immensely- like shown in typical movies.

Adi on the other hand, believes whole heartedly that Pooja cheated on him. He cant look beyond that. No matter how much she loved him and cared for him, this one incident made him forget everything.

Emotions overpowers their logical thinking- i guess that's why we are humans. And probably thats what CV's are showing us.

As we have seen many times, Adi only realises once Arjun makes him realise e.g. in last epi, about what state Zoya's left Hooda house. And then Adi ran after Zoya to find her. Adi's anger overpowers him.

All in all EMOTIONS are the cause imo.😆

In Adi's case I found that plausible not in Zo's. She's had that ring forever: it is loose and if Adi can see the engraving in the dark, it isn't exactly subtle. So it makes Zo look dumb, which she isn't. It looks like a ham thing, just like Adi's readymade room of morphed pictures.
