Kabir the flawed hero...?

It looks like Kabir is being shown as a flawed hero who will eventually change for the better. Zara on the other hand is going through a phase of hero worship and is infatuated with Kabir. As per the cultural values Zara is trying her best to conform to a being a good wife/daughter in law role. A role most newly wed women try to fit into. However that's not who she is so eventually Kabirs oppression should lead her out of this phase and rebel and then Kabirs growth will also start to happen.

Kabir is flawed which is ok to be flawed ita more realistic. Yes zara will get him out of it soon...zara is trying her best kabir said just onces that family and ammi needs her home to help out for the guests she did not question she just stayed back.. kabir knows zara how quitified she is..only kabir can pull her out of this and i believe zara is someone who can equally handle house and the office work.

Yes and but showing Kabir behaviour like this they are setting the foundation for his character development. Now I understand why the show was racing through mangni, shaadi, honeymoon. Because thy want to show us how Kabir develops his restrictive way of thinking and Zara as a catalyst of this change. Where Kabir is representing the conservative side of religion Zara is highlighting the other often ignored and unknown aspects of religion.

Totally agree with you. Redeeming Kabir will be a great track.. He might hurt Zara unintentionally for a long time.

All heroes are flawed actually. Kabir is the least flawed one from the countless number of flawed heroes of tv shows.

Every person has some flaws. Men especially have more than women cause you know we women are almost perfect 😎 jokes apart, coming to the actual point, men have big egos and apparently Kabir has one too. But with time he will come past that since Kabir is a nice person afterall. Regarding Zara and her countless tries, well someone has to take an initiative and since Kabir is not then why not Zara. Sometimes its the husband sometimes its the wife. I don't believe in the term that wife should take all the steps, do all the comprises and sacrifices. However one should try and work on the relationship and let the other follow. Here Zara is taking step and Kabir will start following her soon. Im sure Kabir will realise Zara's importance in his life and come around soon and if not then Zara will probably be fed up and will leave her efforts and then Maulvi Saab would just have to pick up the mess and clean it on his own.
