As alexander said about conquering bactria , so i m sure roxxane will be shown as she is first wife of alexander

I feel some how before conquering faras or before final war with Darius , alexander may turn towards bactria.

When Alexander died the kid wasnt born at that time no one knew if the child would be a male or a female, in fact after his death people thought of making a general his heir, but then others asked to wait till Roxxane's kid was born and its gender was known

Later Roxxane gave birth to a son and he become the heir when ROxxane got to know that Barsine is pregnant too, fearing that she too might bear a male child and there would be conflict about who is the heir, she got her killed
